Feng Shui definition
So, what is real Feng Shui?
Different authors and teacher offer different definitions, which all comes to one thing: the Qi.
Without sufficient Qi, energy, the Feng Shui of the home – as the Feng Shui of the Office would not deliver. We may ask as many question as we like, but what matters most is the end result, and whether our Feng Shui set-up delivers – or not.
Feng Shui is the natural science
Feng Shui is the natural science of “wind and water”, which was used from the ancient times to assess how the Heaven and Earth influence certain locations and properties.
The ultimate goal of this practice involves finding the best places in which to build (or burry the deceased), as well as positioning a property in the optimum way. All these will make a strong base for the occupants’ well-being and prosperity.
Feng Shui also helps us to design the property all-over.
It enables us to carefully allocate the most important features: the main entrance, the bed and the stove in residences, and the main entrance and the key people desks in commercial properties.
Feng Shui practice offers many techniques which can help us to improve the life and luck of the occupants.
Feng Shui affects us in three main ways
Feng Shui affects us in three main ways:
Through the Qi property receives from the landscape and the surroundings.
Through the main features of the property (facing; floor plan; openings: doors and windows).
Through the ways we use the property.
When it comes to the Qi (energy) the property receives from the landscape and surroundings, the goal is to capture the best possible Qi sources.
There are many powerful formulas in Feng Shui, which enable us to make this possible, and which guide us not to make mistakes.
Sometimes, just one degree can make a huge difference, and this is why practitioners rely on the precise compass readings.
The main features of the property matter, because they direct the Qi in certain ways. The main entrance placing is essential for good Feng Shui, and it should not only absorb the beneficial Qi, but its direction should preferably match with occupants Life Gua, while taking advantage of specific degrees.
The ways we use the property also matter, and you can improve the odds by changing how you use your property.
Smooth Qi flow, careful placement of the bed, stove and desk can sometimes mean a difference between easy life – and the hard one.
Using the favorable locations of the property is the must, as utilizing favorable personal directions!
