Shen, while confused <i>talking can be related to the opposite&#8230;<\/i><\/span><\/h4><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>What else should we know about Shen?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><h4><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Shen resides in one\u2019s heart, which is the emperor of the body.<\/span><\/strong><\/h4><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4><span style=\"color: #333333;\">It reflects Heaven Qi, but it depends on Jing and Qi (Three Treasures).<\/span><\/h4><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Shen <strong>retires during night<\/strong>, while we sleep, hence a good night&#8217;s sleep is the reflection of sound Shen<em>.<\/em><\/span><\/h4><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4><span style=\"color: #333333;\">When the Shen is strong, this also results in a <strong>strong body<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h4><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>What affects the Shen negatively?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><h4><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Trauma, sleep deprivation, anxiety and over-thinking, chronic stress, but also resentment, frustration, anger and hatred
